Door-to-Door Service

PICKING-UP

We will pick you up at your residence or hotel in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties to transport you to SFO or SJC Airport on a share ride bassis, which means that we will be doing other stops to pick-up more customers before we go to the airport.

15-MINUTE WINDOW

Pick-up time is subject to a 15 minute window from the specified time. i.e. 6:00 pick-up is actually a 6:00 to 6:15 pick-up. During high traffic hours we may require up to 30-minute window. This is from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

BOARDING AT SFO

Call us when you get to Baggage Claim. Get your luggage and proceed to the following area to pick you up:

• American and United flights: go to Courtyard No. 4
• Other airlines flights: go to Courtyard No.1
• All international flights: go to Courtyard "A".

BOARDING AT SJC

Follow the same procedure as above by calling us when you arrive to Baggage Claim. Secure your luggage and proceed to the following area:

• United and American flights: just exit Baggage Claim towards the taxi cabs stand. We will pick you up there.
• All other flights: go to the far end of the airport to the Door-to-Door waiting area. We will pick you up there.
